Insta-spicy Potatoes recipe

So I've just came up with the most interesting recipe ever! Except I've modified it off another recipe to create something easy, simple yet spicy for anyone to make!

Insta-spicy Potatoes

A bag of baby potatoes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Kimchee ramen instant noodles soup seasoning
Ground garlic
1 teaspoon butter
5 dashes of sesame oil
Green onion and shredded cheese to garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Scrub the potatoes and place them, with their skins intact, in a pot filled with water and a bit of salt. Once the water starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the Kimchee ramen instant noodle soup seasoning, butter, garlic and sesame oil till well mixed.

3. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, use a knife to create several diagonal incisions on the potato. Toss then with the oil mixture, sprinkle salt and pepper lightly, and placed them on a baking sheet.

4. Bake for 40-50 minutes until they are golden and crispy outside. Sprinkle with the chopped green onion and shredded cheese immediately and serve warm along a fresh salad or rice.

If anyone must know, I only modified bits of the recipe and the wording. Other than that, everything else was copied/duplicated from a blog titled "Home Cooking -Adventure-"!

P.S. The skin is ultra crispy, salty and spicy whilst leaving the inside bland. It's highly recommended to eat the potatoes with rice or salad so that it numbs down the overwhelming flavour. The potatoes are still good on their own though! ^^
